A publican, a rugby player, and a whiskey nomad walked into a bar - literally. Ernest brought the warmth of hospitality and community. Simon brought the craic and a legacy of post-match toasts. Finian brought years of global experience and a belief that Single Grain Irish Whiskey deserved its moment.
What started as a shared pour turned into a mission: to create a whiskey that honored tradition without being bound by it. Always Single Grain. Always aged. Always finished. Because good whiskey should be poured, not preserved - and no one drinks alone.
